Breannan has acted for several high-profile telecommunications carriers. Her work involves the drafting, negotiating and advising on leases and other tenure for telecommunication sites across all Australian jurisdictions.

Breannan is able to provide detailed and specific legal advice in a timely manner with high attention to detail. She is well-versed in national registration requirements of each Australian jurisdiction.

Throughout her career, Breannan has developed strong client relationships, enabling her to provide considered and commercial legal advice. She is a strong believer in the mentality of working smarter, not harder and is continuously considering new processes, precedents and practices to further increase efficiency.


Breannan’s recent experience includes:

  • negotiating several complex telecommunications leasing matters with various stakeholders;
  • leading the renewal of a national telecommunication leasing project of two major clients and aiding in the smooth running of three other projects; and
  • major client changes required fast navigation, understanding and adaptations of new processes, precedents and practices in order to increase the efficiency of documents of the team.
