Experience
Rebecca’s recent experience includes:
- advising in relation to Scales Corporation (NZX: SCL) subscription in Meateor Australia and share purchase of 50% of the Australian operations of Fayman International (including a 42.5% interest in ANZ Exports);
- Legal Counsel to Dentsply Sirona Australia (secondment);
- assisting in the set up of a wholesale managed investment schemes;
- acted for the vendor in the sale of medical practice circa $6m;
- advising on FIRB related issues for foreign investors; and
- acting for the vendor in the sale of a childcare centre circa $3m.
