- Acting for a creditor in enforcement proceedings following a multimillion-dollar default judgment, including obtaining a freezing order, resisting a re-hearing application, and defending an application to set aside a bankruptcy notice.
- Advising minority shareholders in a shareholder oppression dispute involving allegations of financial mismanagement, secret commissions, and breaches of director duties, and assisting in negotiations for a strategic share buyout.
- Representing a corporate investor and trust entity in a long-running Supreme Court dispute arising from a failed property development venture, involving claims and counterclaims for breach of contract, equitable relief, and recovery of misappropriated project funds.
- Assisting in a dispute between co-investors over control of a corporate trustee and alleged misuse of trust assets, including preparation of affidavit material and analysis of governance and financial documents.
- Acting for a homeowner in a building dispute concerning defective works and contract termination, including litigation in VCAT and the Supreme Court relating to statutory warranties and financial loss.
- Advising private landowners in a compulsory acquisition dispute with a statutory authority, involving contested valuation, loss of rental income, and claims for disturbance costs.
