Nima practices in the area of Banking and Finance, Mortgages. He specialises in private lending, particularly in documentation of loan facilities covering bilateral lending, syndicated and construction funding, settlement of new mortgages, variations and discharging of mortgages.

He has worked in mortgages for over 6 six years and has previously acted for a large bank and various well known financiers and has been involved in settlement of a large number of mortgage transactions within Victoria and in other Jurisdictions.

Nima has also practiced in Property which complements his current role in Banking & Finance.

Experience

Nima’s recent experience includes:

  • documentation of loan facilities which include approved loan terms, mortgages,  guarantor documents and ancillary transaction documents including any other additional security documents as required;
  • advising on terms and conditions of mortgages and provisions of related Memorandum of Common Provisions, terms and conditions in security documents, Land Use Victoria registration procedures, PPSA registration and releases and general mortgage related matters; and
  • reviewing loan payouts and variations of mortgage, conducting settlements on PEXA platform.
