Chloe is an experienced commercial and finance lawyer.

Her focus is on providing clients with practical, strategic and commercial advice on the commercial and legal challenges that face Australian businesses and lenders.

Chloe has represented major domestic and international clients and has provided transactional, compliance and finance advice for the acquisition of companies and property, insolvency and receiverships.

Additionally, Chloe has a strong background in litigation and dispute resolution.

Experience

Chloe’s recent experience includes:

  • Advising on AML/CTF compliance and completing AML/CTF audits for national companies;
  • Advising multiple lending entities on preparation of loan and security documentation and enforcement of mortgage and PPSA securities;
  • Working on transactional matters involving interstate assets and international parties;
  • Undertaking Intellectual Property work and advising on and registering trade marks;
  • Assisting in the compliance, documentation, processes and training of a foreign non-bank depositing taking institution establishing its lending operations in Australia; and
  • ASIC ‘financial assistance’ documentation and dealings involving an energy company and a major national lender.
