Experience

Adrian’s recent experience includes:

  • managing a large portfolio of telecommunications tenure arrangements for telecommunications companies;
  • cross-jurisdictional knowledge of land registration requirements for each state and territory;
  • involved in complex negotiations for telecommunications matters involving various stakeholders; and
  • involved in negotiations of a number of telecommunications agreements with various public bodies including councils and indigenous communities.

Pro Bono and Community Work

Adrian was involved in the largely pro bono litigation for Kaplan v State of Victoria (No 8) [2023] FCA 1092, a large-scale public interest litigation regarding human rights and racial discrimination.
