Samantha is an experienced employment and industrial relations lawyer with expertise in workplace compliance, complex investigations, enterprise bargaining, employee relations and associated litigation. She has experience in providing strategic advice and delivering training programs in areas including managing employee conduct and performance, Respect@Work, award and wage compliance.

Samantha also has previous experience in government, in-house legal and operational human resources/industrial relations roles, ensuring she is well placed to advise a variety of clients on employment and industrial relations matters. Samantha has direct experience in managing complex employment matters at a workplace level, providing her with a deep understanding on how to support businesses to mitigate risk and meet their compliance obligations.
