Stephanie has worked in litigation, including commercial litigation and insolvency, since 2015.
She has a broad range of experience acting in a variety of commercial, insolvency and regulatory disputes for large commercial clients, government departments and small businesses.


  • obtaining urgent injunctive relief to preserve rights under contracts of sale and leases

  • acting for liquidators in liquidations of proprietary companies and managed investment schemes

  • enforcing a contract between an Australian-based exporter and an international food company

  • defending claims against a director of a small proprietary company in equity and for breaches of directors’ duties

  • advising a publicly listed company in investigations by a statutory authority

  • conducting an application for judicial review of a tribunal decision in the Federal Court of Australia

  • successfully defending contract claims in New South Wales on behalf of a large security company

  • prosecuting and defending preference claims under the Corporations Act

  • prosecuting and defending debt recovery claims for ASX listed companies and private financiers

  • advising and acting for lenders regarding mortgage enforcement

  • defending merits review applications on behalf of government departments and statutory authorities.
