Ron’s clients value his personal and insightful approach in providing timely, succinct and considered advice across a range of property, commercial and complex succession planning matters.

His expertise includes acting for a range of multi-site property owners and large corporations with multi-site property holdings, property-related mergers and acquisitions, and providing start up and business succession advice.

Ron also provides estate planning and succession advice and strategies to individuals, families and family offices.

With a wealth of experience in property and commercial law, Ron is able to identify various issues for clients in their transactions, enabling him to navigate pitfalls and achieve positive results.


  • The acquisition of the Australian lease-holding of an international fashion label

  • Advising an international grocery retailer on the establishment of its lease-hold operations in Australia

  • The acquisition of a national security hardware wholesaler

  • Providing ongoing advice to an impact investment firm on rural acquisitions

  • Negotiating and implementing the leasehold interests of serviced apartment hotel providers, incorporating portfolios of 80 or more leases

  • The acquisition of a large Embedded Network provider with multi-site holdings in Victoria and New South Wales

  • Providing ongoing legal and strategic advice to an international high-end fashion label on international distribution agreements

  • Providing complex personal and business succession advice

  • Advising on and preparing a broad range of wills (both simple and complex), powers of attorney, probate and letters of administration applications

  • Advising trustees, trust and estate beneficiaries and personal representatives in probate administration and disputed matters including contested wills.


Ron is an active Freemason and a member of a dispute resolution committee within the organisation. He also volunteered with the children’s foundation concerned with at-risk homeless youth and sat on an advisory committee for a youth organisation.
