Stephen leads the firm’s Corporate Advisory team.

Stephen practices primarily in corporate and financial services law, trade practices, insolvency and reconstruction and regulatory compliance and enforcement.

Stephen’s clients include public and private corporations, business associations, not for profit organisations, accountants and other professional advisers, insolvency practitioners and private clients.

Stephen is a regular presenter at seminars and training sessions and a contributor of articles on a variety of topics in his fields of practice. He lectures at Melbourne University in the Law School’s Graduate Program on the topic “Shareholders’ Remedies”.

Stephen is a member and former Chair of the Corporations Committee and a member of the Insolvency and Reconstruction Committee, Business Law Section, Law Council of Australia. He is also a member of the Australian Compliance Institute and Family Business Australia.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from Monash University.
