Paul is a Senior
Associate in our Workplace Relations work
group.
Paul acts for both industry associations
and employers, ranging from small businesses to large corporations,
including
major English broadsheets and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Paul's experience includes negotiating and implementing enterprise
bargaining agreements, strategic handling of industrial action,
advising on transmission of business issues, defending discrimination
and harassment complaints, and defending termination of employment
applications.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts/Laws and a Graduate Certificate
in Legal Practice from the University of Tasmania and a Graduate
Diploma of Labour Law from the University of Melbourne.
Paul is a member of the Executive Committee of the Industrial
Relations Society of Victoria, the Discrimination Committee
of the Law Institute of Victoria and a member of Family Business Australia.
