Leneen is a partner in the firm's Commercial Litigation group.

As a commercial litigator, Leneen specialises in corporate and commercial dispute resolution. Her wide ranging experience includes advising on contract law disputes, trade practices claims, intellectual property issues, equity matters and defamation.  She also advises in relation to breach of privacy and confidence and suppression orders.

Leneen has completed her Masters of Law specialising in Environmental Law. She has qualified as a mediator through Bond University, a qualification which assists her in the timely and commercial resolution of disputes for her clients.

Leneen is the Chair of the Not for Profit Team and has a particular interest in the legal issues associated with educational facilities from preschool to postgraduate institutions.

Leneen is a member of the Women Chiefs of Enterprises International, Not for Profit Network, ANZELA and the Melbourne Press Club. She is also a board member of The Trading Circle. Leneen is admitted to practice in Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales and in all Federal jurisdictions.
