Katherine is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Litigation team.

Katherine has considerable experience in resolving disputes involving general commercial matters including misleading and deceptive conduct claims, insolvency and building and construction matters. She has particular interest and expertise in the building and construction industry and security of payment legislation.
 
Katherine’s approach to dispute resolution is underlined by a need to proactively protect her client’s position and resolve each dispute as expeditiously as possible, always with an eye on achieving the best commercial outcome in the circumstances for her client. 

Katherine has experience in a number of jurisdictions including Victoria, NSW and Queensland as well as large scale arbitration through the International Chamber of Commerce.
 
Katherine has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Monash University. She is also is currently studying advanced insolvency law.
