John, who is Chairman of Partners, has extensive experience in a broad range of commercial and corporate transactions. He is expert in financial instruments, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and unitholder rights and corporate reconstructions.

He advises senior corporate management and complex financial, transactional and management issues and is sought out for strategic insights.

John is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
