Elpis is a Partner and leads our Banking and Finance team.

Elpis acts for many of Australia's major and regional lenders with experieince in commercial and specialist financing. Her expertise covers all forms of securities required to secure the interest of commercial financiers (both direct loans and syndicated deals) including debenture charges, mortgages of assets (including real property, shares, leasehold interests, ships and licenses), tripartite deeds and factoring agreements.

Her counsel is regularly sought by lenders when assessing the best way in which to structure transactions from a security perspective.

Elpis holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and an Advanced Diploma of Family Law.
