Elizabeth is a partner in our Commercial Litigation team at Cornwall Stodart.

Elizabeth specialises in large scale and complex litigation practising mainly in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria, advising in contracts, trade practices, professional negligence claims and general commercial matters.

Elizabeth also specialises in family business disputes, and as part of her interest in family owned business, Elizabeth holds a position on the Victorian Committee of Family Business Australia.

A qualified mediator, Elizabeth also practises extensively in the area of alternative dispute resolution.

Elizabeth has a wide range of professional involvements. They include: Lawyers Engaged in Alternative Dispute Resolution (LEADR); Supreme Court Panel of Mediators; LEADR Panel of Mediators; Family Business Australia Panel of Mediators and the Law Institute of Victoria's Panel of Mediators.

Fluent in Italian, Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Melbourne.
