Damien is a Partner in the firm's Corporate Advisory team.

With broad experience in corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory work, Damien has particular expertise in advising clients in reconstruction and insolvency related matters.

Damien also advises a range of clients on any intellectual property and information technology issues they may have.

Damien holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.
