Clare is a Senior Associate in our Workplace Relations and Employment Law team.

She has extensive experience in drafting employment agreements for senior executives, workplace policies and all types of employment related documentation. Clare has also undertaken detailed compliance programs for large companies, including advising on contractual terms, the application of industrial awards and then developing a strategy for future growth with the employer.

Clare also has broader commercial experience, including due diligence and advising on the employment issues arising out of transmission of business.  Clare has presented on the topic of awards and equal opportunity, and is a regular contributor to a newsletter produced by the Workplace Relations Section of the Law Institute of Victoria.

Clare is admitted as a lawyer in Victoria, England and Wales, and her knowledge of employment law in other jurisdictions adds an extra dimension to the services offered by Cornwall Stodart’s Workplace Relations and Employment team.
